Once your order is placed, there is a mandatory 24 hour payment processing period. Once we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email you provided to us 7-10 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Expedited shipping available for an extra charge. please note custom orders and colors may take longer shipping due to the custom process.

Payment and Returns

All major Credit and Debit Cards are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full prior to shipment of any products. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. NO P.O. BOX shipping available please make sure your physical address matches the shipping address related to the payment method you’ve provided

NO Returns & or Exchanges

All orders MUST be shipped to the delivery address on your order. We cannot change the shipping address in your transaction to any other address after purchase. It is your responsibility to make sure your information is accurate when placing an order. Any mailing address mistakes on your part are not the responsibility of Exotic Lox 


Warning - Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting and camera lenses. Please review all images and read descriptions before placing an order. Additionally, our wigs are cut to achieve a flawless finish therefore, the base length of the wig is the same as stated but might be a bit shorter.

After the sale we are not liable for any defects, damages, or misuse of products, we check all our products through quality control before shipping. Exotic Lox will not be held responsible for any damages caused to the client’s hair during and/or after the hair extension application process. All stylists and consumers agree to use Exotic Lox products at their own risk. Exotic Lox will not be held liable for any costs associated with the installation or removal of the product, no exceptions.

We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removed, or edited any materials or content on this Site, refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
